How do people light up the inside of wardrobes please?

unfortunately the only place to put our wardrobes is in a rather dark area of the bedroom. Given we are gutting it and have an electrician available what’s the best way to light them please? I was thinking of maybe some stick on battery strip type lights that I’ve seen on amazon but unsure how good these will be. Any ideas please?

IKEA do something like that which can be added to their Pax wardrobe range

Dh painted all our bedroom furniture the insides are now white to match the outsides, and I can finally see what is in there.

We bought these, they are great and last ages before they need recharging! www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LVTPUGT/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?psc=1&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8

HI snowglobes from the other pax wardrobe thread! I am also interested in this. How are the lights powered? Battery? Plugged in? Hardwired? What is best if you have a choice?

We have battery powered sensor lights which are stuck in with a double sided tab. Then they sort of clip of so you can replace batteries. The sensor means the light comes on as soon as the door opens.

We installed the Pax light fittings in our non IKEA wardrobe. They plug into a wall socket.

I got stick on ones from amazon, cheap ones - they're perfect, don't need anything fancy

I was looking at those @SpicyLolly but wondered about having to keep taking them out to charge and how easy they are to put back into the wardrobes again. A couple of reviews say they need charging weekly. Won’t the stickiness lessen?
