I know modern emulsion is recommended for bathrooms and kitchens but I just so happen to have a tin of estate in the right sort of colour

Just wondering how it has stood up if anyone has used it

Yes, but only above boards that are Estate Egshell. Well ventilated bathroom and its not used too much! If the bathrooms is used a lot, don't use it.

Hmmm it’s a worry. Does steam affect yours? The room is well ventilated but yes, bathroom nonetheless

Yes. It is a small bathroom, painted above the tiles. No problems at all, still looks good after 7 years!!!

Ah interesting Loveka, now I have a really dilemma, risk it and have to redo, which would be awful once radiator / towel rail / washbasin are all in situ, or use a much less nice colour I happen to have in Modern Emulsion
