Number 3 on Home Report re-High levels of Moisture

Hi can anyone advise , sold my own property am going to view flat which ticks all the boxes for me it has been completley renovated new kitchen wet room windows it is lovely , until I read the Home Report there High levels of Moisture in a few places , and is a Number 3 , do you think this could be fixed? , as obviously this has been hidden when renovating , I really like the flat but am so wary .

Phone the surveyor and ask about it.

3 means further investigation required (ie they can't tell just from looking and needed invasive tests), or it's terrible.

Everything can be fixed, for a price.

Thanks Fuunybird , fingers crossed it is fixable looking for property can be quite stressful I am finding out having not moved in 20 years !
