Need recommendations for a reliable small builder who can take off skirting boards, chip off 25mm of plaster at floor level and refix skirting boards. All to help with air circulation due to damp readings in walls in ground floor of house.
All recommended by a specialist Damp Surveyor. Just want a reliable and decent person to do the job. Any recommendations out there?
