How much premium would a fully done house (good standard, neutral colours) command in comparison with a house needing full refurbishment?

That’s subjective. Your done might be my doer upper. I think we’ll looked after and in good condition is preferable to decorated

How big is the house? Where is it?

shapeshifter88 · 20/08/2018 17:14

if its a totally bog standard house, whatever the cost of the works was plus 15 ish % profit/hassle fee

Tobuyornot99 · 20/08/2018 17:15

Depends on the size of the house..... Small 2 bed vs detached 5 bed is going to be a huge difference

Where I live, it's the cost of the works - not more.

It’s a standard 3 bed 1930s semi near Hayes (Bromley area). We recently had it painted. It was refurbished to a high spec 5 yrs ago - well looked after since.
