Hi, I've got 2 questions that I'm hoping other people's experience may be able to help with - with regards to extensions.
We are considering having an extension done in 2 parts,
1 is a 2 storey side extension
The other is a single story rear extension.

Does anyone, is is anyone willing, to divulge the costs either of these things have cost them. I've researched and the average costs quoted seems to be £1500 per square metre, but wondered how this worked out in reality.

Architects...How much did this cost, firstly for the drawings required for planning permission, and then secondly for any drawings required for buildings regs.
Sorry just thought of a third question, has anyone self managed ie appointed all the trades themselves and not had a main builder manage it? And how did that work out?
