Bromley Estate agents - Any recommendations?

Hi,
If you sold/bought recently in Bromley, please can you share your experience with your EA? I'm looking for agents who don't overvalue my property - I'm avoiding KFH, JDM and Alan De Maid for this reason. I felt KFH were quite pushy too.

I don't have any reccomendations but I can advise you to avoid hadleys. My friend recently bought via them and very nearly walked away from the purchase because of them. Rude, pushy, overvalued massively. (Friend bought 25%ish under asking) a lot, even in this market! I'd also second your opinion of KFH. Avoid like the plague!

What do you think of the current market Richard?

It’s surprisingly good inspite of Brexit uncertainty. My view is the market has now priced in the Brexit factor, with prices having softened over the last 18 months. Combine this with increased demand this year, lack of supply, ready availability of credit and some wage growth and I think we maybe near the bottom of this current cycle price wise. Always dangerous nailing your colours to the mast, so will be interesting to see how it goes, but I feel a lot more optimistic now than I did at the beginning of Jan.
