We plan on moving to North Devon in the next 6 months and put our 8yo son into West Buckland School. We have been watching properties on Rightmove since January and have viewed some since our visits in May, June and last weekend.
We think Landkey/Swimbridge would be the best areas based on journey to school and houses.
Does anyone have any idea what those areas are like day to day for living? I will most likely be working from home and am worried about getting lonely as partner works away a fair bit.
Also, the journey to school - we have done this on weekends but have no idea what the traffic would be like on school days?
Any advice would be much appreciated ahead of this massive life changing move for us!
