You do your sums very carefully and know what you are doing before you start

You have the time , resources , money , commitment , vision and drive to want to do this type of project - reality of projects like this is very different to sitting watching homes under the hammer from the comfort of your sofa

If you go ahead I wish you the very best , I love projects like this they are so exciting to do .

I know nothing about the construction, but PP seem to have covered that. It's pretty near the railway, so potentially noisy and I would check that the road is not used by commuters to park in. You might not notice a problem as you are viewing on a Saturday, but worth checking. It might have double yellow lines etc.
