Kitchen style

I'm renovating the kitchen in our 3 bed semi that we rent out to a young family. The tenants would like glossy handless kitchen cupboards but they may move out in a year and I may be left with a kitchen that doesn't have popular appeal. What are your thoughts? Glossy, sleek and modern or more traditional shaker? I'd really welcome advice on this. THanks

They are very popular. Not especially to my taste but it certainly wouldn’t put me off. I assume heh mean in a neutral colour? As a landlord you also need to consider the gloss being scratched and the handleless mechanism failing

Ask an estate agent, it's not their decision.

Thanks guys. Definitely in a neutral colour. I wll ask the letting agent but I know this site has helped me find perspective on many different topics.
