Brisbane tap leak

My tap is leaking from the cold tap lever
Before I start dismantling it does anyone have any ideas, tips and pointers?

Look for videos on YouTube, I found one explaining why our tap was leaking from the swivel part.
Also turn off water at the isolation valves under the sink before investigating!
