Miller Homes downsize

Has anybody done miller homes downsize? If so please could you talk me though it. What was the exceptions to them not buying the property? Does it go through quickly? Tia

I haven't done miller homes downsize but we do have a miller home and it's been really well built compared to other new builds our friends live in. The site manager was on site and clearly took great pride in his work. We only had 2 very minor snags and he had people in to sort them out the same day we mentioned them. The builders were still around for a few months after we moved in and we're very considerate.

We bought from their sales office with no chain and completed 3 weeks after viewing the house. It was all very quick and easy.
