My friend has asked me for advice on how to get her flat to sell quickly as she's got her eye on another one and wants to put an offer in.

Sorry for not coming back sooner - the flat sold!

She actually put it on for a lot more than she wanted, on the advice of a property developer relative, and got it. Overseas cash buyer buying for UK-based children to live in as an investment property.
