Searches issue - South Somerset have no one currently working in 'that' department

So apparently no searches are being returned!!!!! They are very sorry 😐 and are very frustrated!!! (Although I doubt as frustrated as us!!!)

Can I do the searches myself??

I think you can use agents who go in and search the records on your behalf - speak to your solicitor. Bonkers that there's no one covering (and typical old-fashioned public sector crap). Is it whilst someone's on holiday or because there's no one in post?
