Best/worst parts of Waterlooville Hampshire?

Hi,
Dh and I are moving and want to find a safe area in Waterlooville. Petersfield is too far north for us and we don't really like the feel of Clanfield.

Can anyone recommend the safest parts of Waterlooville, and the parts we should avoid?
So far I can make out that Tempest Avenue area seems ok (but is close to the A3M so may be bad for traffic noise?) but what about Horndean, Lovedean, Cowplain, Stakes, Denmead, and more of the smaller areas? Please help us to work out where is desirable if you can :) we want a safe area to raise our young children.
Thanks!

If you don't get any responses here, I'd take a look at FB groups for the area (I just did a quick search for Waterlooville and quite a few come up). There might be a few where you can ask the same question and find out more. Hope you find what you're looking for. :)
