Hi all,
If you sold recently, pls can you let me know - how close to Zoopla valuation or other valuations (like Nationwide or Halifax), was your actual selling price?

Weirdly in our street, Zoopla is usually way under the sale price. Two houses I'm my street recently sold for 40% over the zoopla 'valuation'.

It's not a real or accurate valuation because it isn't based on anywhere near enough info. The only way to get an idea is to research yourself or get a professional valuer in.

Just accepted an offer on our house. According to Zooplas estimates, our offer is £1,000 over Zoopla estimate. Not a bad match!

And the house we are buying is bang on zooplas estimate. And we didn't check Zoopla when offering.
