Wooden conservatory - can you sell used? Anyone sold their conservatories?

Just that. We are (hopefully) buying a house with a large wooden/glass conservatory attached. I’ve heard you can sell/give away second hand and buyers will come and dismantle. Has anyone done this? Is it only possible for upvc conservatories or are any ok to sell off? Thanks in advance!

I bought a house 2 years ago that had a 1960’s glass greenhouse attached with a few broken panes of glass.

My OH was ready to take it down and take it to the tip. I took photos and stuck it on eBay. I think we got around £50 for it - buyer collect.

My OH did dismantle it for collection and labelled it up.

Honestly you would need a degree in physics to get it back together! You would be really surprised what people will buy.

I’d sell it!

Thanks northern - interesting to hear - it's kind of ditto for this. I'm sure it's worth something to someone but it's huge and would be a nightmare to move/rebuild. Maybe if the right people came along... something to bear in mind!
