Just looked at the google reviews for the company and they are shocking!

Our buyers solicitor is shit too! It took a combinded 8 phone calls from both our estate agent and our solicitor to get them to reply with a scan to paragraph that gave no clue as to what timescale (if any) they’re looking at.
