TV on other side of the room?

I have moved into a house where the aerial sockets aren't in the most convenient place, and am wanting to mount my TV onto the opposite wall.

My question is does anyone know how I can get the aerial wires across/round the room? And what I might need to do it if I was to run the aerial cable around the skirting board and over the door frame? Has anyone done this before? Should I get someone in to do it for me? Confused

But if going on wall and you want to channel.the cables and cover and paint then you might be getting some one to do that

If you can plug in a cable to charge your phone you can plug in an aerial extension..
