I know it's a bit how long is a peice of string but I just wanted some thoughts.

Downstairs bathroom. It will stay downstairs. I want to move it about 5ft and 90 degrees from one outside wall to the other outside wall next to it.

Thanks.

Single breeze block wall. No idea what the floor is but guessing concrete.
The toilet pipe goes straight out the wall and down.

If you have enough fall available on the pipe and the space to run it you can move it easily. If there's a lack of room then you might have to start relaying the drains which would add a lot.
