3x3 Roof cost £2900 with velux?

We are having and single storey extension done 3x3 meters. The roofer has quoted £2400 without a velux and £2900.

He’s been the only one who has given a quote from the roofers I have contacted.
Is this a fair price?

Bit hard to say without knowing the materials , if it includes guttering, if there are access issues and how it will be tied on to the house or where you are in the country.
Hope you don't mind me asking but this is around the size of extension we are looking at , can I ask what the cost is likely to be ?

Chickencellar it’s costing a lot more than we anticipated the total cost will be around £18,500 shell only.
