Those of you who have an island with plumbing (sink/dishwasher) and UFH...I have a question!

So we are thinking of having a small prep sink on the island next to the hob. It's not critical but would be handy. We are also having under floor heating. The builder has flagged this up as a potential problem. He has queried what would happen if there was a blockage from the sink to the drain outside, as the pipes would all be located under the heating system and also with the new flooring on top.
Just wondered what those of you who have a set up similar think to his flagging up this potential problem...is there an easy solution that I haven't thought of? I get his point but at the same time, I know it's quite common for kitchens to have either a dishwasher or sink in the island so either everyone is winging it and hoping for no blockages, or there's a solution I've not thought of.

Well all pipe runs should be clearable regardless so he should account for that, but you can get a 20 foot drain snake from tool station so should be ok.
