White paint AND woodwork? Same white? HELP! Must choose today!

So at the last minute our builder is finally ready to start painting and we are not ready. We have a Victorian flat with lovely woodwork at the top above the picture rail as well as a skirting board.

We want to paint the whole thing white (not sure which white yet -- thinking Dulux Timeless because it seems non-controversial but I am up for more ideas!

Question is -- do you paint the woodwork and the skirting board the same colour white? Right now it is kind of creamy. Or do cream and white? Or just all white? The room is not the brightest (walls now painted a dull gray) and I think white will really freshen it up.

Any thoughts or suggestions much appreciated!

I always think if the walls, ceiling and woodwork are the same colour then it gives the illusion that the room is bigger.

Any chance you could post a photo?
