I set the oven to the right temperature, and stuck my dinner in to cook. Within 15 minutes the kitchen was filled with smoke and the food was burnt.
I have a thermometer in the main oven and it was hitting 300degC.
I'd rather not be buying a new cooker ... We're having building work and a whole new kitchen next year!
So what's gone wrong? Thermostat ... Or the electric element? Anyone had this?
