Could anyone from there tell me what the area an schools are like .

As an area of Peterborough goes it's not got a good reputation. The housing stock is very old fashioned. However, because if it's background there has been a lot of investment in community facilities and the school (Ormiston Bushfield) has a good reputation.

The Ortons in Peterborough are very varied- going from extremely wealthy (Orton Waterville) to very deprived (Orton Goldhay).
