Moving to Scotland, is Motherwell/Cleland or Alloa a better investment?

Will Motherwell be gentrified because of its location? Is Alloa better because of its proximity to Stirling? I'm stuck choosing between a couple houses.

Motherwell is v far from gentrified 😂

I don't live in those areas so hopefully someone with more detailed info will be along soon.

I wouldn't jump to live in either place but would probably plump for Alloa over Motherwell if I had to.

Why not post in the Scotsnet section and ask the folk who live in these areas what they think?
