Has anyone had this done recently?

What did you pay per meter (without scaffolding)?

TIA

12 metres in total (front and back of house), full fascia, soffit and gutter replacements, £2200. The did use scaffold though (whole job finished in about five hrs). This is in suburban London.

Hope that helps! Btw Everest did us a quote and it was a total rip off compared to what we paid in the end, so buyer beware!

Not sure per month but a 3 bed detached house (not in London) cost us £1300 last year. We went for plain white plastic but there were more expensive options.

Per month should say per metre.

Sorry, should also say no scaffolding needed and it was a local company rather than a chain.

Hmm quite a variation there

I wish these things were easier to work out 'good value'

Think my dad got a discount for out of season work and as it was a bungalow no ladders/scaffolding.

I paid similar to koalab. Three bed semi. Also no scaffolding. I have found recently that local Facebook groups tend to be quite good to get recommendations for local tradespeople. Obviously, beware it's not just their mate/relatives recommending, but it can be a good place to start looking for reasonable quotes.

Thanks everyone - I think mine is a bit high at £140 pm

I'll get some more quotes I think
