Crack in doorframe and now door is sticking

We have a larder/cupboard in the kitchen in our house. It's actually the cupboard under the stairs, but due to the arrangement of our house opens directly into the kitchen. I've noticed cracks in skirting boards, under windows etc recently but since the house is 20 years old and was last decorated about 4-5 years ago (by my guess, we bought it two years ago and the paint didn't look brand new if you see what I mean) I wasn't that bothered.

However, I've noticed the doorframe in the corner on the inside is cracked (the edges have come apart slightly) and the door has started sticking in that corner. Should we get it looked at?

Are there cracks in external bricks? Often small internal cracks are drying out but if they get very obvious, then they should be checked out.
