Going to paint a tall skinny corner cabinet I bought for a fiver - it's a lovely shape but chipped all over not and particularly nice mahogany. It's for the kitchen which will be painted in fake (johnstones colour matched) Little Green French Grey Pale (the johnstones paint is better and looks nicer than the actual Little Greene as an aside).
I really want to use a pale pink (Pink Ground) inside and F&B railings inside - is the modern eggshell any good? Or can anyone suggest a better alternative?
I'm going to do the inside in chalk paint made from a sample (it's a tiny space) and the undercoat of the Railings by a chalk paint mix up using the paint - I'm so sick of the sight of finished annie sloan type furniture but it's been a godsend as we have done about three moves in four years and have one or two more to go and it's just so easy to slather over a piece of furniture bought from gumtree or jumble.
