Had an extension completed about 9 months ago - not quite completed though, as builder has vanished with a few small jobs outstanding, which after a lot of fruitless chasing and hassle, we're getting finished by someone else. But our new roof has now started leaking. We have the roof guarantee from the company that fitted it, are they likely to deal with us direct? Builder will ignore any contact if we try to go via him.
