SSTC, SOLD, UNDER-OFFER - are these used to mean different things on RM?

Relative has just accepted an offer last week on a house - RM now says SOLD - should it say under-offer or SSTC - or does it not matter?

It should really say under offer or SSTC as it us not sold until contracts have exchanged. I believe some agents do put sold - ask them to change it.

The only 2 options I have on Rightmove are: "Sold STC" or "Under Offer" which essentially mean the same thing.

Whoops just looked again - yes it does say SOLD STC...

As you were.
