Article in Guardian today. Apparently very common fraud at moment happening in U.K. whereby solicitors emails are hacked. People transfer monies for house deposits and purchases to wrong bank account. The case in the Guardian was about a couple who lost £120,000 sending money to fake account but also mentioned was a man who had lost the deposit on his new house. Posting here as a warning to people in process of buying: please be careful!!!'n
