Missed opportunity... What do you think of this house?

I'm getting serious house envy!

I house that we viewed over two years ago, has just come back onto the market. All done up. And it looks amazing!!! Made me wish we'd bought it instead of our house. It is really that great or does anyone fancy ripping into it to tell me all things wrong with it?

It is beautifully styled and looks simply stunning, but it's the bricks and mortar you're buying at the end of the day not the contents!

I actually don’t like it. I think the exterior is quite ugly and I hate the kitchen/diner/lounge. It lacks any cosiness whatsoever. The garden looks ok with a bit of work.

That bathroom wallpaper is an assault on the eyes.

And it has two something or other systems. What are they? And does it matter if I don't even have one in my house?

It has two Megaflow systems... They are pressurised hot water systems, so it means there is a proper system to provide enough hot water for that many bathrooms, and they are on separate loops, so you can run all 4 showers at once and get proper pressure from them all, or turn one loop off if you aren't using those bathrooms and therefore not have to pay to heat water you don't need to use

Megaflow systems are brilliant, because you don't get the noise of a shower pump, and they are very energy efficient

Love it, sorry. Only thing I can say is the outside look of the house isn't to my taste, but that's a stretch! Totally way out of my budget.
The house is beautifully dressed which adds to its appeal, very aspirational.

Don't really like the kitchen, most of the bathrooms or the light fittings.

Don't like the window between the family room and the garage. Why? Just plaster that up!

Don't like that there isn't a shower in the 'family' bathrrom

House IS lovely but it looks like it's on the road and it's on a tiny plot.

The kitchen units are horrible - very chi chi.

All the money and the tiles over the porch look dodgy! Garden too closed in too neighbours hearing every cough. It is lovely on the front if you ignore how close it is to the little fencing though!

It is gorgeous, beautiful home! Personally, the kitchen isn't to my taste. Also not keen on the chandeliers or the marble bathroom tiles and the awful paper in the other bathroom. I love the exterior though, looks like a lovely street.

Could you have afforded to do all that? If not, you aren't missing out!

I really like the decor, very much my taste, love the wallpaper! The outside is not as amazing & I would want to redo the kitchen back bit, can't see any sliding doors.

I don’t like it. It’s a bit like they’ve picked every trend they could find on Instagram and shoved it into one house. It doesn’t feel very cohesive.

The kitchen is really odd. It seems quite small but the kitchen island is huge. Looks all out of proportion. Liked the bedroom and living room but hated that bathroom
