Can you retro fit draws/wire shelves into B&Q cupboards?

New house, new kitchen, no drawers!

It's a B&Q kicthen (from the look of the pattern on the cupboard inside)

So can I buy drawer insides or those wire slidey drawer things & fit them?

Yes (short answer). Measure the carcass and find the right kind of drawers.
Why do people have kitchens without drawers? Our house had this.
