Crisis of confidence on house plans

Have had a sudden crisis of confidence on our house plans, everything submitted to planning-Is this normal?! Please tell me is this normal or is this something I have to get sorted now. Do you have any flexibility on interior plans once you've got planning permission or not?

Errr we are almost at completion and I still keep getting a crisis of confidence! Suddenly think omg this house is ridiculous we should have built something totally different! But really I love it.
