Cost of fully renovate a bungalow

We are moving from the US and thinking of buying a house in Glasgow sometime in the future. I see a lot of dated bungalows on the market and wondered what the cost of a total renovation typically would be (extend back to create an open plan kitchen and living are, remodel current bathroom, add a new second bathroom, new floors, electrical,etc.).

Would like a mid-priced kitchen and baths but with granite or quartz counters. Do you think this could be done for more or less than 100k?

I'd say more if you are planning an extension and structural work. Probably £150. Also hugely depends on stuff like what you flooring you choose (is it carpet at £25/sqm including fitting or nice wood flooring at £75/sqm plus fitting etc)
