Ikea Kungsbacka and Hyttan? ..although the Hyttan isn't really teak - probably a bit too light..

Ikea cabinets with custom doors, fronts and panels. Or just a good carpenter if you have the money to get it all custom made. Looking at the pics again it looks like teak veneered ply and Matt black formica to me more than solid wood. Try Zac at lycan design as it's right up his street.
