I am a first-time buyer and I have made an offer to the property. The structural survey indicated that the conservatory is sitting on the ground and has no foundation. It doesn't have any building regs either. Taking an insurance is not going to fix the real issue. Fixing the conservatory is going to be expensive. Is it fair to renegotiate the offer price?
