House-hunting - Surrey/Berks - where shall we live??

Trying to relocate out to a small town/village with easy access to:

Chertsey (dd's school)
London Waterloo (dh work)
Richmond (my work)

Have driven miles around both counties and like West Byfleet - don't love it but it is convenient, Chobham (love it but it's not particularly convenient), Sunningdale (lovely but too expensive?)....
Our budget is only 700k and we would like 3 beds, large garden, walking distance preferably to a station/shops but semi rural appeals.

Is there anywhere that you think might suit? Have realised from our house hunting that we are worryingly attracted to the more expensive areas!!
Help...thanks.

Weybridge.

Perhaps something like this in Weybridge: www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-65087372.html

Lovely place to raise a family - easy into Waterloo and Chertsey and not too bad to drive for Richmond.
