I've to be in Bristol for the start of the new school term and am looking to rent a 2/3 bed house for myself and my 2 two daughters. I've looked at the properties on Rightmove/ Zoopla and cannot afford the credit referencing and admin/ deposit handling charges on top of the usual expenses. Can anyone suggest names of newspapers or links to private landlords? Or any other route to rental accommodation. I've tried the council website with no joy! Or does anyone know of less expensive/ but reputable letting agents? I want to be around Brislington/Bedminster areas
