Integrated fridge freezers - what split 60/40 or 70/30 to line up with base cabinets?

Hi - we need to order an integrated fridge freezer but am unsure which one to order so that the bottom freezer section lines up with the base cabinets. I'm not very tall so don't want to have to raise the fridge freezer really as I will struggle to reach into the fridge! 60/40 or 70/30 - does anyone know? Thanks.

Definitely 60/40 - I moved into a house with a 70/30 (to align with the cabinets) and I hate it! Far too much fridge space, nowhere near enough freezer space. We're contemplating buying a stand-alone fridge freezer and turning the integrated one into cupboards.

There is no sure thing as too much fridge or freezer space though as pp says if you had to choose go for more freezer. Just store least used stuff at the higher level and get a stool.
I have two fridges and two freezers Blush.
An under counter fridge for every day milk, cheese, yoghurts etc. A tall fridge for over flow, drinks, water, meat, jars. A tall freezer in the kitchen and a chest freezer in the garage. They are always full.
There are four of us including DC who are now adults. I do grow some fruit and veg and we live miles from shops.

70/30 lines up but you dont need it to line up.
you can have a 50/50 if you wanted and will not look out of place.
60/40 split will limit you to brands like neff, bosch etc @ £800+
yet the frezzer compacity can be matched on a 70/30 from other brands at half the cost

We have two fridges. One three drawer freezer. I really don't use the freezer that much. Under the counter for a fridge would drive me mad!!! I like eye level. You could do side by side! In my photo the fridges are the larger doors at the sides, freezer below drawers in the centre.
