The estate agents have my head spinning - Budget 220, need space to park a motor home between north of Ipswich to north of Chelmsford, bungalow or suitable to make a downstairs bedroom & bathroom - plus one bedroom & 2 spaces for a sewing room & a gym (eg summer house/converted garage)

I think it's impossible!

Thanks we have decided against Clacton because of the time of the last train out of London (theatre visits)

But if things carry on it may be a possibility
