Potentially silly Q, how easy/hard is it to fit a new bathroom washstand?

We had current bathroom when we =moved in, ie already in situ, but its a round sink and all wood horrid round it. Then in Ikea for something else, we saw a lovely washstand with all in one sink, ie one wipe round sink and all done....

it looks so simple to just buy it and replace ours - but is it simple? will it requite in depth work?

Plumbing can be relatively straight forward as there are now push fit connectors.

There are lots of videos on YouTube about plumbing in a sink and also removing them etc so find one that is similar to yours.

We are decent DIYers so this wouldn't phase us, but think about stuff like the tiles if there are any and if these are effected with the sink removal.

We like Ultimate Handyman and Plumber Parts for very clear instruction videos.
