Will you buy a property with one bathroom

We are looking at buying a flat; I like everything apart from the fact that it has only one bathroom and it is downstairs so not close to the bedrooms. How easy/expensive is to install another toilet upstairs?. It can not be above the other bathroom due to the layout of the apartment. I only want a toilet and sink not shower or bath.

It will cost a lot, moving plumbing is expensive. Macerator toilets are not good.
I would get a builder or plumber in to cost it, to see if it possible within a reasonable budget.
Or if you love the flat and can live with it put in an offer to reflect the absence of upstairs loo. Also the offer should reflect the reduced selling price if you ever sell.

You could technically put it anywhere buy it's cheapest to put it above where there is already existing plumbing ie kitchen or downstairs bathroom. Do you have a floorplan?

We have the floor plans; it looks tricky due to the position of the bathroom. I guess we need to get a plumber to look at it and quote. The property has a nice view and loft which could be converted into a bedroom with planning approval, it has a good size kitchen and bedrooms.

There is another property we like all in one level, a bit more expensive and in quieter Rd but not possibility of extension and it has share entrance; ground floor neighbours don't seem very tidy; I believe they are tenants as the entrance and garden needs tlc.

Will this costs more than 5k?
