Anyone have any experience of "nested" online estate agents?

Does anyone have any experience of the on-line estate agent "Nested"? What went well? What are the negatives of using them? I know someone who has used an on-line estate agent and it went well for them but I would like to know about other experiences. Thank you!

Any one used nested to sell their home , was it ok it looks too good to be true .

Good agents aren’t cheap and cheap agents aren’t good sadly.

Nested. They were great. Hand delivered fancy champagne and a 'tile' key ring (key fob app that locates your keys) on completion day!

They are too good to be true - I went through the process of selling with them and they quoted the market price for my flat in London (which was realistic and the actual price I ended up selling it for through a regular agent) but then when it actually came to signing up, they revised their figure which meant I would have got a very low price from my sale...similar to a ‘we buy any house’ type price. The funny thing was we already had the offer and Nested were just going to take over the sale, we just wanted to safeguard it so we’d still be able to buy if it fell through. So basically we would have received £50k less than the price we had agreed in an offer selling through them. I would go through the process and see what they offer you...but don’t be surprised if it ends up being a lot less. Hope that helps (and makes sense!)
