No viewings yet... Advice please

We've put our house on the market but have had NO interest or viewings yet. I know it's still early days but our neighbours (mid terrace) sold within a week or so and we haven't even had a sniff of interest. Any advice??

I think your neighbours has better pictures - that's for sure but their kitchen needs replacing immediately as do their bathrooms so I would get better pics and maybe reduce price so that you are under £300k but it's a good house
