Looking at 1 bed flats in my area and came across this lovely one. Location is lovely, flat seems good but - oh my! That bathroom is um...practical?!

Well at least there's a loo in the ensuite!

JT05 · 25/01/2017 11:27

Judging from the measurements on the wall, it looks like their turning it into a utility with a loo. Good idea.

Boulshired · 25/01/2017 11:27

I think it's quite practical, nice ensuite with an extra loo in the utility.

blueskyinmarch · 25/01/2017 11:29

Looks fine to me. An outdoor loo makes a lot of sense, especially if you are living in the country and want to spend a lot of time outdoors. Saves traipsing muddy shoes through the house.

NotCitrus · 25/01/2017 11:48

I didn't see the toilet in the bathroom the first time, which would justify the reaction, but having a loo in the outbuilding/utility room is handy. Might partition it off, myself.

irregularegular · 25/01/2017 15:57

That's the utility room, no?
There's a perfectly nice en-suite shower room too.

dotdotdotmustdash · 25/01/2017 16:33

A bonus loo - excellent.

EineKleine · 26/01/2017 10:40

If you see the worktop as a desk then it's odd. Stick a washer and dryer under the worktop, it's a utility. Slightly unusual and compromisey but not bonkers

Bluntness100 · 26/01/2017 10:43

It's the chairs that are the issue, take them out, put washing machine in etc and it's just a utility with a loo.
