Pvc panels in bathrooms - anyone got this?

We have a small bathroom which is about to get redone, and we are stripping right back as there is damp.

I'd like to cover the walls (and ceiling?) With pvc panels, as I think it'll be relatively straightforward and easy to keep clean etc.

Anyone had their bathroom done with this stuff, and if so, how did you find it (was it simple to have installed etc)?

I've no idea what sort of cost I'm going to be looking at either!

Those look much better than MIL's PlasticPanels. Hers look plasticky and cheap. My niece's husband fitted them, and although he is good at DIY they look like a DIY job, not professionally done.

We've got these in two of our bathrooms, fitted by the previous owners. Reading this thread I just realised what they are, had been mystified before as thought they'd randomly stuck flooring to the walls. Ours are hideous, look really cheap and nasty. The warmth and no grout things are true, but don't make up for the appearance. I'm in the process of organising to have both the bathrooms refitted as they get me down so much. The photo posted looks far nicer but I wouldn't risk it.

We had ours done with PVC panels and honestly they’ve been brilliant in a small bathroom ...quick to install, easy to clean, and way less hassle than tiling/grout maintenance. Definitely sort the damp properly first though, because panels will hide problems rather than fix them. If you go for decent quality panels they can actually look really nice now — companies like Agro make pretty durable PVC systems that are designed for wet areas and are easy for DIY installs too
