Can anyone recommned a reputuable blinds company who make to measure? and also a good carpet store and someone who can lay laminate floors??

Re: Blinds, carpet, laminate floor layer(please note I have the floors just need some to lay the laminate.

I'm currently in the process of decorating, so will be seeking a lot of advice off mumsnet...

I am grateful for all advice given even if its just a name of a company but I especially welcome anyone who have experienced a good service and are happy to provide the name of company or person.

I found that using small local companies with great reputations was always the best option. And definitely not Hillarys!

Blinds2go have been brilliant every time. Lots of choice and styles. They made huge Venetian blinds for our S facing Windows.

I had someone from a local company do mine years ago, lost the number :-( The guy was brilliant, reasonably priced, made to measure and not Hilarys.
