It's always nerve wracking isn't it? But actually whatever is in that report all it will mean is potentially some negotiation or bargaining. Most people don't want to pull out of a purchase at this stage. The chances are everything will be fine anyway.
Mind you I find the whole house selling/buying thing very stressful!
